I want to thank the entire SectorSeven team for their dedication and support in 2020, a record growth year for our online Smartphone business. The COVID-19 pandemic and other market conditions created challenges for our business and I could not be more prouder of how our team responded. SectorSeven was declared an essential service at the outset of the pandemic which essentially made SectorSeven employees front line workers. Our team never skipped a beat in meeting the needs of our customers and business partners which I greatly appreciate. I also want to thank the family members of our employees for their support during  these challenging times.

COVID-19 demonstrated the ongoing importance of Smartphones as primary communication tools. It also demonstrated the growing role of online retail channels for purchasing Smartphones at affordable prices. We are proud to be offering consumers high quality, full featured Smartphones at competitive prices. With most Americans working and learning from home, access to affordable Smartphones is a critical part of meeting their daily communications needs and bridging the digital divide. 

I also want to thank our customers and business partners for putting their trust in SectorSeven. Thanks to their support, we achieved record growth in 2020 and completed other key strategic initiatives:

• We strengthened our strategic partner relationships to position us for future growth.
• We grew our eBay and Amazon online retail presence to include HSN.
• We expanded our relationship with Samsung to include the ability to sell brand-new Samsung Smartphones in addition to Samsung Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) devices.
• We are now the leading online distributer of Samsung CPO smartphones.
• We are now a Samsung Authorized Handset Distributor and an Authorized Reseller of Samsung Certified Pre-Owned devices.
• We partnered with Cricket Wireless to grow their online retail presence. SectorSeven provides Cricket customers with expanded purchase options for new and refurbished smartphones. As a Cricket Authorized E-Retailer, Smartphones from SectorSeven are out-of-the box Cricket network ready.

We are in a very dynamic industry. International Data Corporation (IDC) expects worldwide shipments of repurposed Smartphones to grow from 206.7 million units in 2019 to 332.9 million units in 2023. We have a great opportunity in front of us!
